Carmen and I have been involved in the Interior Design business for 0ver 30 years. The tropical relaxing decor is designed with you in mind. This home is set up for large groups to gather together with 13 beds in 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 laundries, 2 outdoor porches, a gas BBQ grill, parking for up to 9 cars.

There are 7 separate private sleeping rooms. There are 13 beds consisting of 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 5 twin beds, 2 queen sleeper sofas, 2 single rolling cots.

We are only 70 steps from the beach. We offer free Wifi. We have 2 amply supplied kitchens. There are 2 laundries. There is a Gas Grill. Beds are made when you arrive and towels waiting for you.

Our rates average around $60-$80/night per person with a minimum of $600/10 people. The exit Cleaning fee is $500. The refundable Security deposit is $1000. State and local Taxes combined are 12.5%
